Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver anywhere in the UK within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the courier, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard UK delivery is £3.95. Delivery is free on all orders over £35. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further charge.
